The Boyfriend Project starts with three lovely ladies learning that their boyfriend, Craig, is cheating on/with all of them. 1) The concept sounded like a ton of fun and 2) I read it with a group of people. I picked up The Boyfriend Project for two reasons. I also found the ending a bit out of character for the feisty, strong-willed Samiah we’ve come to know. I loved Daniel’s job and think that a book about what he does would be fascinating, but ultimately felt like what he was doing and what was going to happen with him and Samiah’s relationship was super predictable. ![]() I loved the writing style, the flirty banter, the building relationship, but overall the book fell a bit short for me.
